I booked a babysitting job through care. I received emails confirming the booking and letting me know to expect payment in 1-3 days.

The money never came. When I reached out to care they didnt even have info on the booking. I screenshot that email, along with the others showing Id be paid within 3 days. Then she sent me a page from Care explaining that you get paid on the day you babysit.

The email member indicated that.i guess Im supposed to assume theyre lying and investigate.them they told me I could talk to a live person if I paid to upgrade my membership (which I did).

I called the number and got a recorded voice directing me back to the website and they hung up. Not only am I contacting the BBB, Ill be contacting a lawyer for misrepresentation, lying and fraud.

I payed for a premium subscription and it isnt letting me in, i want my money back i dont care about yall non-refundable policy! this is fraud , i am being charged for nothing and im so angry!

i want my $19.99 back in my chase banking account , because this is fraud , yall charged me and still i cant log in my account, all my information for the app is correct, its thats the case then refund my money!!! i pay for two subscription, the speaking0f.Yanna one is still pending but i canceled the subscription the same day i purchased it now my apple id is locked , today i called apple twice they told me to try again which i did, but bc i cant download nothing because yall stupid app got my apple id locked i had to switch apple purchased account, which i payed for today and its still isnt for me on my back up account , i payed premium $19.00 and i issued a poor quality/ fraud and refund !!! i dont care i want my money back!

Once you sign up there's no refund which is a really bad policy If a person does not use services why can I get the money back so If you have money to throw away this is your company. I signed up around 8:00 p.m.

last night to find a sitter for the next day but I realized cost was to much. Maybe that should be more clear but it wasn't till I paid I saw the amount and the extra charge. Anyways I could not find a sitter in time for the morning so I wanted to cancel my subscription but I was told that I was not getting my money back. In addition to that you have to pay more money to book a sitter.

Those stuff are hidden well too. This company is out of my budget too much money for one day.

I hired her 3 times for 3-5 days to make sure she would work out for our 6 week cruise. She showed up 2 days late & couldnt come for us to show everything to know about our home.

She caused $6000 of damages to our home & then still expected us to pay for her services. She then has stolen my cat for revenge. This Irena is a con. She doesnt care for animals.

My other cat is devastated at the loss of his best friend. No caring pet sitter would do that to an animal. She made up stories for why my elderly dogs could not sleep with her.

She never touched either of them in videos sent & disrupted my neighbors with crazy requests that they stop roofing their home due to noise. This girl has a great nice sweet front & is a nightmare

I HAVE HAD TO USE CARE.COM TO SEARCH FOR A JOB YEARS AGO. I really hate how they manipulate you into paying just to browse.

But now 6 years later I can not make an account to hire someone without PAYING FIRST! Their site is set up perfectly for them to rip you off FIRST then they have no contact or chat box available. But they can certainly collect money. In am going to make a complaint with the Federal Trade commission.

Because that Sheila lady who started it has got to be a dam billionaire by now from taking money from domestic workers and taking advantage of people who need help.

Im going to check Groupon for help now. Use Groupon or findUSE GROUPON OR LOCAL GROUPS INSTEAD a local FB group instead.
